exactly how do you suppose the product(fuel, food, wood, everything else that you have) will get to Maryland?....I don't think everyone can afford to drive to Va, Pa, De, or NJ

The Idea is to break the state. I want to see shelves empty. Gas would still get here because its under contract to be delivered to most stations. and the rest of the contracted shipments would be so expensive to the consumer that it would be well worth the effort to leave the state to purchase.
Who gets hurt? the people that mostly vote for these idiots.

bring the state to its knees then rebuild it.

The hearings will be held from 5:30 - 8 p.m. on the following dates (5:30 - 6 p.m. sign-in and displays; 6 p.m. formal presentation and testimony begin. I have been to this type of public hearing before.

The fact is that the decision has already been made. The toll is going up.
The hearing is Bullsh!t, You can speak until you get red in the face and the toll will still go up.

I posted a thread about this a couple weeks ago. My main complaint was the commuters getting a break on the tolls.

So your hating on commuters because.....todays political correctness is given you less options to hate on?

Being one of those commuters I'm infuriated. My family budget is barely above water. This increase will have to come from our grocery fund which is pathetic due to grocery prices.

Yet again MD is going to make the "legal" working man who follows the rules pay for its failings. How many times have you seen MTA repaving a road that doesn't need it? I've lost count. The MTA is nothing more than O'Malleys strong arm to increase revenue for its coffers......to support ILLEGALS. Enough is enough.. every legal citizen in MD should be complaining about any attempts by the MD government to increase fines/taxes/fees. It's been a steady bombardment since the invasion of the illegal aliens began.
