Has anyone tried The Melting Pot? I want to but I am not sure if I would like it. They seem kinda on the pricey side and I don't want to pay that price for something I don't eat.

I want to. We plan to get a rather large group to go, but were told there is a huge waiting list. :shrug:

I used to party haven't in a while cause of kids but I'm sure I can figure it out. Just don't like to do it all the time I like being with my family.

The Melting Pot is AWESOME!!! You have to have some time if your going there.......it took the two of us about two hours and it's a little expensive but it's worth it!!! SO GOOD!!! :yum:

The Melting Pot is better the smaller the group. It's really best as an intimate dinner-for-two place. The logistics of a large group all sharing the same food and reaching over each other sucks all the fun out of it.

One of my friends goes there on a regular basis, and she absolutely LOVES IT! I so want to try it!

I've always wanted to try it. There's on in DC, but they're only open for dinner. I would want to do during lunch at work.

Sounds great. I am gonna have to get my hubby to take me there. I want somewhere that him and I can go without kids and have a nice dinner.

Tried it last year would love to go again:nomoney:... expensive but well worth it.

Why would you pay anything for something you don't eat? Just to look at it?

I took my wife there for her birthday last year. It was expensive but worth every dime! We had the lobster and steak along with the vegetables and desserts, extremely excellent. Unfortunately, because of the cost and distance, it is not someplace we can go to often enough.
