this story. But its true.

So I'm heading to VA Beach Friday May 13th for a golf tourney. Tourney is on Saturday.
It's about 6ish Friday. I'm on I 95 S. Traffic basically at a stand still for miles. Took me 1hr 45 mins to go 45 miles. Yeah I had that much time on my hands k? :ohwell:
Listening to the radio, sunroof open drinking a Pepsi, have to pee really bad. :loser: I noticed a pretty young girl next me in the middle lane. I thought this will be nice to look at for the next 1000 miles. Seemed like a 1000. Not really of course. But she looked young enough to be my daughter so I stopped looking. Anyway, I noticed a trucker in the lane on her other side driving up, backing down to check her out. Then I couldn't believe my eyes!

The trucker had a camera and was taking pictures of this girl which had no clue what was going on. Don't know what she was wearing except saw a tank top from where I was. I almost rolled down my window and told her, "that dude is taking pictures of you". But decided not to get involved.
Then thought to call the company on the truck. Didn't do that either. Was going to write down the info on the truck, no pen. I know I'm a :loser:

For all we know this perv is going to sell those pics on the Internet. And how many has he taken over the miles he's driven. :boxing:

So Women beware.

If you had beeped your horn you might have gotten her B/F or G/F to sit up in his/her seat.

 I was pulling into Wally Mart the other day and in the rear view, it looked like the guy in the car behind me had a dog in his lap that he was petting. Didn't think much of it till the light changed and as I started off, I looked back again and saw a woman sit up :yay:

You don't suppose that the trucker and the girl knew each other, and were doing this deliberately, either foreplay, profit, or just to mess with other drivers (you).

Some people get off on that kind of thing.

How hard would it be to miss someone driving next to you taking pictures. If someone drives by me, I ALWAYS look at them - and EVERYONE looks if someone lingers by them... unless they know who it is, and is deliberately ignoring them.

I wouldn't worry overmuch about it.

However, everyone should be aware of their surroundings at all times, as a general rule. Picture-taking pervs or no.

True story: a few years back, I went on a business day trip to Richmond with another lady I worked with. She was driving her car and on the way back, she was in the left lane passing other vehicles. We were going by a truck and as we did, he tooted his horn a couple of times. I absent-mindedly waved my hand at him as we went by but was not really paying any attention to him and continued talking to my friend.

After passing, she gets back in the right lane and suddenly the truck goes by us, gets in front of us, and slows down. So she goes to pass again and again he blows his horn as we go by, which I ignore. I think it happened one more time and then he settled in behind us.

A few miles up the road, I have to use the bathroom desperately, so I asked my coworker to stop at a fast-food joint ahead. We pull into the parking lot and as I'm walking across the pavement to the entrance, here comes Mr. Truck Driver pulling in behind us and he's grinning at me. :yikes: I don't give him a chance to stop and hustle into the restaurant, do my business VERY slowly, then go back out. I look around first and fortunately don't see the truck, so I get back in the car. As we drive around the business so we can get back on 301...there sits the truck and him grinning at me. :shocking:

As we go by, he pulls in behind us and starts following us again. We finally ditched him at the 301 bridge heading back into Maryland. I will never forget that it was a company truck for the Boar's Head brand or what the guy looked like. He had greasy dirty blonde hair and was wearing a wife-beater shirt to better show off his many, many tattoos. :barf: I still don't know if he thought he knew me from my frequenting Woodburn's in Solomons, which at the time was the only place around that carried that brand and got deliveries from Boar's Head, but I sure didn't know HIM. I think he was just a nut, but he totally freaked me out. :twitch:

My uncle is very honest and good cross-country truck driver, but he has told me about some of the perverts out there and there are many. So ladies, be careful. You never know who's watching.

My uncle is a truck driver. I used to wear shorty short skirts when I was a teenager, and he warned me to "watch out", because truckers are basically looking straight down on you, and the shorter your car, the easier it is for them to see you. And if they do see something they like, they don't have a problem with sharing that info via CB radio. Although he also told me that if I was ever in trouble on a long car trip, or was by myself and needed to stop for a bathroom break, the best place to stop would be a truck stop, because most of those guys have families and won't let anything bad happen to ya.

The vast majority of truck drivers are guys trying to make an honest living. But there's always a few bad apples wherever you go. :ohwell:

:yeahthat: a friend of the familes, that I grew up with was a truck driver... he was a nice family man but badly strung up on drugs too. He ended up hanging himself one night when I was in my early 20s. He never discussed other women or was crude or anything like that, just a nice hardworkin' guy.
