I use CALM, magnesium (ionic) supplement. I swear by this stuff.
Since reaching 50 and having menopause symptoms, I've had the worse anxiety. I guess it is do to the hormonal shift. Anyhoo, this stuff is amazing. Do a search on it. BTW i do not take the recommended dosage of 1TB. I only take 1 1/2 to 2 tsp when I feel anxious.

That stuff works wonders! I totally forgot about it, it helped me through my separation.

I also suffer from anxiety. I have had a few pretty bad attacks but I constantly think about death and it drives me crazy. I have been given medication from my dr but am afraid to take it so it just sits on my dresser. Now I am starting to suffer from terrible headaches (tension) in the base of my skull. I have always suffered from headaches but these are BRUTAL and yesterday I had one that actually brought me to tears. I know I should probably take the meds but I am not a meds kinda person. I am so fearful of taking something that will "make me feel funny". Thanks for all the helpful advice!:smoochy:
