If The Democrats pass this bill he would be doing them a favor not to support them.

you can't buy alcohol with your food stamps.
Last I heard, the going rate was $50 real dollars for $100 free government dollars, that was back in 96, but I'll bet the exchange rate hasnt changed. Nice simple math, no calculation really required.
and the card just means the welfare recipient has to go shopping for you.
