Thre are usually two boxes of fuses..

On in the Engine compartment, and one under the dash. Think my Dodge (this was a LOOOONG time ago) had a fuse box underneath the steering wheel, or to the left of the steering wheel but if was there figure you would have seen it already.

Your User Manual should show where it is, and which fuse goes to what.. if not Google it..

Great minds, huh?

Thanks. Now I have lunch plans. Look for the fuse box.

Seems to me there are different fuses for low fan vs high fan on some models. Check all your fan and heater fuses. If it's not that, it could be the switch, like was mentioned.

I will check that also. Didn't even occur to me. I don't understand why they haven't gone to infinitely controlled motors. Same with wipers. Dash lights which you rarely mess with anyway are that way.

Hmmm, might be easier than that.......

2000 Dodge Caravan Blower motor only working in high for the - JustAnswer

Seems the speed settings for the blower motor are decided by different resistances. Part costs about $15-$20 bucks, and a good wrench can change it in minutes.

1996 Dodge Grand Caravan LE AC/Heater Blower, Relay and Resistor Block Problems 101 - DodgeForum.com

this details the repair in a 1996 Model, but it appears that sometime around 2000, this part moved inside the van, up behind the glovebox.

And this for a 2005

"The relay is in the main fuse/relay box under the hood between the battery & fender on driver's side. The box lid has the locations on the under side.
