yeah but with this forum I'm getting good at getting a thick skin, this is almost theraputic!! By the way they found the bomb -- it was me!!!! I da bomb!!! Take heart, I can interpret mostly what I should roll off my back and what not. I was LOL when I got back in and read the posts and was thinking too my self what a stress reliever it was to read all the funny posts.

I may be a little slow but I just realized - we received the bomb threat 45 minutes after the call was placed!!!! Our attorneys have said they would have sued for liability if something had happened (jokingly). It was almost as if building administration said -- oh yeah let me run back into the building -- we should probably notify our tenants:confused: :confused:

for those of you wondering and I'm sure none of you are - but I'll post just to keep pzzn y'all off. I have a question -- admin is now going around doing a role call and the people that have left for the day (80%) will all be reprimanded. The email from managing partner seemed a little ambiguous if you ask me - it said "anyone wishing to leave should feel free to do so" - now they will be punished. Am I missing something? It seems like this was a no win situation for all of us - any suggestions?????anyone????

I thought sooo... I read the thread for the 11th of February from someone (Eshef?) saying things were soo boring -- were's dems4me when you need her. I resisted the urge to post and blast away.:biggrin:

Your lawfirm should fire them all for idiocy and start giving IQ tests to all new applicants. "Free to leave" means leave the building, not go home. :duh:

Thanks Christy for your opinion - I was hoping to get more than one on this issue but I agree -- when the managing partner said free to leave he didn't say - free to leave have a nice 3-day weekend as my admin. pointed out while she was taking names as to who stayed and who didn't. Thanks again Christy. They probably will get fired. Time is money there -- it's all about billable hours, etc.. Alot of my friends left, and I thought of doing the same but I played it safe (but not safe) by staying. It was kind of like 9/11 where we saw the Pentagon on fire and were still not allowed to leave for like an hour afterwards. If it had been just a little construction fire as our bigwigs told us from the start then those that left would have been in trouble. We had to wait an hour for it to be confirmed that indeed WDC was indeed under attack, and only then they said we could leave if we wish but again it was vague. You'd think folks with law school degrees would understand how to write so things arn't sooo ambiguous. Thanks again for your comment!!! :biggrin:
