Keto isn’t really sustainable over the long term.

There are bad carbs and good carbs. Our brains need carbs. There is no getting around it.

Yes, avoid bad carbs like potato chips, white bread, etc. But anyone who would avoid a raw carrot, for example, because of carbs is foolish.

If one believes they are insulin resistant or approaching insulin resistance, intermittent fasting is a far more effective way to reverse.
