HELP Norton 360/Facebook issue

This may be very simple but obviously my brain is even more so.

Installed Norton 360. It cut me off from email and facebook.

Found the work around for the email and it is no longer an issue.

Facebook is still screwed. Four people use this computer for Facebook. It seems to have stored everyone's logins but continues to redirect to say you have to log in to see the page.

Browser is IE8.

This may be a simple change for one of you guys but I have don't have a clue. Help!

Going to have to ask some dumb things first, have you checked parental controls under the "Web" tab? and the Logins & Cards?

It says that parental and privacy controls have not been configured. Also you cannot select it.
