I have been reading posts mentioning Bar/Resturants called ABC and CIP please clue me in as to what ABC and CIP stand for? Thanks in advance! Any other places I should know about?

We don't help the newbies here. We fillet while they still have a pulse and grill them before the blood gets cold.
