Get VLC

Among it's godly abilities is the ability to output DVDs as ASF files.

Oh my heavens, do I need to send step by step directions.

Advanced options under CD, "Stream/Save" then choose your file location - "DadsDVD.asf" or whatever.

Then, you select ASF on the first thing, video rendering is WMV1 and audio is MP3.

Click "OK"
