Passivation... one thing I dont like is a passivatin' mower blade... 'bout time we put an end to it...

I suggest you buy less straight from china knock-off stuff if you aren't fluent in Engrish.

They probably mean rusting. The passivation process is meant to prevent it. There's a great politically incorrect website called www.engrish.com for plenty of funny examples
First heard the term when I got into a brew club for the 1st time decades ago.
If one has an aluminum brew kettle, you passivate it by boiling it full of hard water.
After, never scrub it to clean it, as that will damage the oxidation layer.
