You don't get it... this is a country where one can create the need, and there will be someone to fulfill it. Bernie is just that guy. I aim to create the need to be taken care of. Free healthcare for all, free college for all, we already have a massive welfare state... We are getting the right man in to ensure we can expand to this to fill in the blank ----------> _____________. Create the need Larry, create the need.

That commie bastard! Health care! Education! What will the evil sob conjure up a 'need' for next, food, shelter???????

I'd pick Bernie, but only because there are enough people in Congress that would NOT rubber stamp everything he wants. The Dems in the Senate, either out of deference, loyalty or even fear would do whatever Hillary says, and she'd be just four more years of Obama, except worse.

That's true. The limited government types are gonna wanna lard on their cut before passing a damn thing.

Can't you just play along? Stop trying to ruin my fun.

EDIT: Let me clue you in on something... I am not voting Sanders, not ever. Even if he was the only person on the ballet period (R or D) I wouldn't vote for him. This was a completely rhetorical poll posted by Vrai. So, everything I am posting is complete satire.

my vote in MD does not mean s h i t anyway .... vote for the Bern

I voted for Bernie. I would hope that if it comes down to Trump vs. Sanders, it would drive moderates from both parties to Gary Johnson because both candidates are that bad. It might make for an interesting 3-way race.

Who? That guy who used to draw "The Far Side"?

I'd vote for him too. And the guy who draws Calvin and Hobbes.

That's a ticket I could get behind.

But we both know Gary Johnson isn't going to get hardly any vote because people will show up and go "who the hell is Gary Johnson".

At this point I'm waiting for Donald Trump to show up on the day before the election and shout "And we'll call it the aristocrats!"

But wait, there's more...

It's not about what he conjures up. It's about the fact that there is no RIGHT to these items. They are SERVICES ... available to all for a fee, and if one wants/needs to partake in these SERVICES, then one must put forward effort and do what is necessary to obtain them. We can NOT sustain a lazy society that walks around with their hands out or holding their pockets open for someone to drop money into. But that IS what Bernie is perpetuating with his "freebie-mobile" campaign.

Now, are there people who TRULY are incapable of helping themselves, and should we do what we can to help them? Of course, but I hardly find someone who (for example) has been popping out kids like a pez dispenser and milking the government teet while driving an Escalade and talking on their Obama-phone or the punk kid who graduated high school and has all kinds of time to play games but not find a job as "incapable". And the mentality to repeat those actions or that behavior will NOT change until it is replaced by a good healthy dose of reality and a slap upside the head with tough love.

Every day, mothers cut the physical cord in the delivery room, and babies learn to crawl, walk, talk and eventually (God willing) become productive members of society. Once they turn 18 or move out of the house, society needs to continue supporting a self-sustaining mindset to ensure they continue to be productive citizens vs. societal leaches that drive our country and economy into Greece territory.

Yes he did. People continually make the error that "impeachment" means removal from office. Impeachment is effectively "indicted", for which if convicted, removal from office is the result.
He was not found guilty.

FWIW - just as in the OJ case, not being found guilty is not "found innocent". No one is found innocent.

I never use 'impeachment' correctly. Thanks for clearing that up. Also, Bill's impeachment is just another example of what the corrupt and criminal Clinton's get away with, but yet people still want to vote for Hillary. I just don't get that.

A high school friend of mine sort of knew him at Kenyon. She said if you knew him you could totally see that he could have written that stuff.

Have you see the drawings by Brian Kesinger of Calvin and Hobbes as "Star Wars - The Force Awakens" characters? Good stuff there.

Maybe it would help if you read "The Little Red Hen" to him...

That could be fun. I look forward to how TARP and the Stimulus, the ACA, Med d and the auto bailout are worked into the classic tale.
