ahhh but the beauty is that you can still do all those things AND put pics next to the notes so you don't mix them up, and record their voices so you can tell which one left the " hey it's me, call me back" voicemails. The calendar function will show conflicts in schedules, "This policeman appointment overlaps the fireman appointment by 15 minutes do you wish to schedule it anyway?" It has pocket excell so you can keep a running score for each guy.
