Nope the owner told me my vet did not know what they were talking about and informed me that I signed the vet check waiver and he was not legally responsible.....

thats nice...so your vet is crazy and I guess when I saw the mare trying to catch her breath on a ride I was hallucinating..

Yep or he would probably say you needed glasses; he's the type that is never wrong.....so he thinks....
