Do you have someone you know that can reliably do small jobs?
For example - I have a large door that somehow isn't set square and won't close properly.
(Deleted HUGE section where I described my efforts to FIX it - so - referrals, not fix-it attempts)
Do you know someone who would do something like that? I have other jobs less pressing than that one. Someone good could get repeat work.
