Is there a place online where I can find out how much was paid for homes in my area? I'm pretty sure that THAT kind of info is publically available - I just don't know where to look.

If you want to know property sales in a specific subdivision, go to this site, put in a street address(you don't have to put in a house #) to get the subdivision #, then hit New Search in the upper right. It will bring you to the website mentioned above. Good luck.
