Any one have some good advice, reccomendations...etc?

yay, nay? don't need anything fancy schmancy. Just something that makes it so I have to yell during movie night and something that I can play cd's/mp3's on for the hours and hours it takes me to clean around the house.

not too bad, as long as you have S-VIDEO out from your TV.
regular RCA connections are good but S-VIDEO is alot better.
IF you have digital optical that is a major step up from S-VIDEO

I got a 5 speaker 5 dvd disk changer at Target, and I get that great sound. And it was cheaper than $200

It has no inputs and it has no full function receiver. Some of the reviews say that it is nothing more than a dvd player with speakers. I would save the money for something with more features. At least something with more than one input.
