So, do you peel, cube and boil your tater's or do you wash and boil whole? Then cube when cool enough to handle or leave whole over night? Will they discolor if you leave whole overnight?

I have alway's peeled, cubed and cooked. But after a few days there is liquid in the bottom of the bowl. So what do I change? Dowhat, you can chime in anytime!

So sorry - I am the potato salad :diva:

We'll just have to have a potato salad-off, now won't we? :really:

However your wash/boil instructions are the correct way to do that.

I wash, cube, boil(with some diced onion), drain, rinse with luke warm water(to stop the cooking process)....then add other ingredients and put in the fridge :yay:

Oh wait, I don't eat or make potato salad. :lmao:

:lmao: I was going to make some, but then reconsidered. I knew the girls wouldn't eat it, so it was only for sister and I. To much work for two people.

I wash, peel, cube and boil. Drain and smash just a bit then add other ingrediants. I don't like it but I've been told mine is :yum:

Try cubing and baking. No liquid involved.
