I really hate to do this and I hope you get it....BUT...I signed up for it about a year ago and everything was fine according to them....I got my modem, all my instructions, software etc etc etc....Loaded everything up and I couldn't get it to run so I called for help....They told me I was too far away from the terminal box....They sent me an address label so I could send everything back....Bummer....About a month ago I did the same thing and the assured me that I was OK this time...Well guess what....Yep too far away again....They will notify me when I am close enough....I really do hope you get it though....

I had the same experience, they told me I would get it and sent the equipment and then it never worked. They said to try again later. I did that and it still didnt work.

congrats, dial-up is a pain in the a**.....one of the reasons I rarely use the internet at home..........I say internet access should be free for ALL
