:faint:

I bet you were onehelluva bench-presser..........:yay:
if I remember, I was benching 400, curling 180, 750 on the leg press.

now, 12 ounces a couple times a night is good enough.

of course now nobody is going to ask me to jump out of a plane, walk 50 miles through the rain forest with 100 lbs of crap on my back, and still have energy to do something when I get to where Im going.

I mean, they can ask,, but they better have a sense of humor when my answer comes back. :lmao:

cant remember how to walk, but I damn sure remember the rest of my job.

Is this War's future? (I hope not.)

BCP, are you willing to get back in shape again?

according to the cardiologist today, that really is not an option.
I get into shape, or I get into a box.
still contemplating that whole process.

remember, after my last back surgery I lost 90% use of my foot, getting into shape is not going to be an easy task.

I'm sorry to hear about that. :huggy:

It's gotta suck that you can't do things like you used to. :flowers:

well, I could still do a HALO jump,,, landing might be a bit of an issue, but the majority of the jump would be just like old times,,, except my voice has changed over the years so the scream would be a bit different.

I get adjustments and occasional massages.

do you take meds for the diabetes?

cuz I've read articles where Drs. are prescribing metformin for pcos.. and a side effect of the drug is a 20% weight loss.. might want to ask your dr about it (metformin is generally used to treat mild diabetes)

yeah i think you could stand to lose some weight, but won't your big hips/butt get in the way?

I'd think that my big hips/butt would help the hoop stay up.
