There really wasn't any reason for the guy to get into the other lane facing traffic. He had a clear road ahead of him. How utterly senseless. The other driver never had a chance to react at all.

If it can be done without taking out an innocent then I'm all for it Even if the person DIDN'T rob the bank, the fleeing put people at risk and somebody should be shot for that.

Of course, I have always been a proponent for Soylent Green, so I may not be representing the majority with this response.
