Can you sign up for next year's hospice walk yet? Just curious.
Based on past experience, I would venture to say 2008 registration will probably be available sometime in the Jan\Feb 2008 timeframe.

10k'er here. Eighth straight.

How'd you do in the 10K? I was disappointed in my 5K, but I've been very sporadic in my running. My goal is to work up to the 10K for next year's run. Any training tips?

Right around 8 minute pace, thanks for asking.

Do one long run per week with at least two maintenance runs per week. Keep increasing the distance on your long runs. Focus more on speed work on your shorter runs. Set goals.

If you can get yourself to running 5.0 miles at least once a week, you can definately run a 10k. Adrenaline will carry you the other 1.2.
