Yes. Vet said all is well. She mentioned the same thing. The neighbor who took care of our dogs has a female lab. Not sure if she's spayed or not. They haven't been home much lately to ask.

Update: Just thought I'd share that for the past 4 days, Boomer has been able to sleep upstairs with the family and not confined to his kennel. Thank goodness. I hated him being crated all the time. Even though he loves his kennel, i'm sure I felt worse about it than him. Good boy Boomer.
