Lets use Ocean City's highschool "senior week" as an example.

Assuming you graduate as an 18 year old, how old do you think is too old to go to the beach on vacation for the sole purpose of partying with seniors (not the ones that get discounts on medication, the ones who aren't of legal drinking age yet)? How about if you just plan on spending time at the beach but you will keep your eyes open for a party or two?

I'm thinking you are too old. :ohwell:

If your child just graduated, then let them go celebrate. You gotta cut the strings sooner or later, and just hope that you did a good job raising them and trust them.

I should have said "wait for pole" shouldn't I? Oh well  :howdy:

You don't know how old I am, or do you?

It's not hard to figure out how old you are based on your post from last year...:bubble:

yeah, i mean...if your parents disapprove then you are taking a risk by smoking.

Personally, I drank when i was younger and my parents actually did care and wouldn't have wanted me drinking, but i was taking a chance. Don't know what they'd have done if i got caught because they never really cared when I drank with them, but they wouldn't have wanted me drinking w/o them at that age. Now they don't care as long as i'm responsible (i'm almost 19). and they trust me to be responsible.

Honestly though, i'm not sure what their stance is on weed...so i'm not going to bring it up that this weekend I finally said "wth" and took a couple hits. I know they've both smoked before (ok, not 100% sure, but they have said enough to make me lean that way lol), but that doesn't mean they are ok with me smoking. I guess what i'm getting at is that you should probably know your parent's stance before you do it. If you do it and they don't care then obviously its no big deal, but if they care then you have to decide whether the risk is worth the reward (and with smoking/drinking, it probably isn't...but personally i'm not against either...to each his own...i'll personally never smoke a cig though because i've watched the parents be addicted my whole life... :pASS: )

No, I don't know how old you are. I'd say that senior week is for graduating seniors. There's no need to go when you are a freshmen in college, or in the class of '07. You had your fun, let them have theirs. It's time to grow up and be an adult now. :ohwell:

I also don't agree with parents who let their juniors (and sometimes sophomores) go to senior week. It's not high school week, it's not end of school year week, it's not called teenaged agnst week. It's called senior week for a reason.

You're posting here so you're probably not in school.
Since you're asking this question, you're probably over 18 and not in college.
Most likely early 20's and you and your stoner buddies thought this would be a good way to score some 18yo nooki.

:yay: sounds like a good plan

I do now.

Like I said, if you are a graduating senior, you don't need to go. You should have gainful employment by now, and if you don't, you shouldn't be able to afford to go to senior week anyway.

SHHHHHHHH! :smack:

I'm meeting him there again this year too, but don't tell anyone. :hot:

Him? How many 18 year olds did you hook up with? You better hurry up and delete these threads, PC Johnny B is probably already getting his dad to buy beer for him so he can get you drunk and hook up with you :lmao:

There's a car show that weekend anyway. That's why I always went. Just have to deal with the seniors while you are there. They aren't in the bars so it didn't really matter to me.

 I forgot about that chica. Man, that girl was wild. I remember her kicking warnutz in the crotch because he stole her coconut scented shimmergel.

Used to be senior week was the same week as the firemen's convention. I never could figure that one out. :twitch:
