I integrated Macs into our corporate net, liked it so much that I switch to a Performa (low cost Mac II). Family gave me the stink-eye, still on PCs. Eventually had to move back to a PC for some compatibility issues, and of course the family all moved to MAC/Apple, where they are still today while I'm on a PC. Still get the stink-eye for being different.
Didn't I watch a video about you and your family on YT tube? Something about going to a gas station in the middle of nowhere. You get out of the car to take a whiz, and when you get back to the pumps, your family is nowhere in sight?

What is the big deal with an Apple product store in your attic? If it still has value wouldn't it be in use?

I don't have an old computers around the house. When I am done with them I take a hammer to the hard drive and take them to the dump.

If I may ...
For your consideration ...

No no no. Take apart those hard drives to get to those read/write head magnets. They are super magnetic. Then you can destroy the disk platters.

Some of mine didn't have hard drives.

Also they should be turned in to be recycled. There is stuff in them that isn't good in the dump.
