HP Notebook parts

So my brother gave me a NC6320 HP notebook to fix
But it has a bad System Board (will not boot). Too many $$$ to fix<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
It appears to be over 4 years old<o></o>
It appears to have the following:<o></o>
Intel 166 M2 Centrino with air card.<o></o>
60 gig hd<o></o>
512 memory card missing<o></o>
DVD Rom - CD ReWrightable<o></o>
Battery works<o></o>
4 usb ports <o></o>
2 pcmcia card slots one mini and one standard<o></o>
Display seem to work, no guarantee<o></o>
In pieces but they are all there except for memory card<o></o>
Free to a good home.

SMARTCO may be able to use it to fix another laptop, or have the needed parts to repair it in a bin. Call them up and find out before pitching it.
