It was suppose to have opened yesterday (Thursday) but the bad weather put them behind. Im thinking it will be Tuesday, they were putting all the big sign boards in place yesterday to alert drivers to traffic changes. The signs weren't on this morning, they will proably program them today as to what day for sure the traffic pattern will change.
It will not be completely finished, the lanes at least on the southside will all be in the northbound lanes till you approach the 231 exit, thats where the southbound lane will cross over the meduim go over the bridge and then cross back over the meduim and join the northbound lane again.
The northbound lane will always stay where its suppose to be, the southbound lane will be the one switching back and forth. Thats because they need to do the contruction work on each end of Hughesvillle to tie the new lanes into the old road.
July is the month the contractor (Cherry Hill) is hoping to be completely finished and pack everything up and clear out of the area. Amen
