Thanks everyone.

Even though I asked for realtor recommendations a while back, I ended up going back to my old realtor. As a repeat customer, she offered to sell it at 4.5%, unless a buyer goes directly to her, and she would sell it at 3%.

I've got a lot of work to do.
When I get back from Italy, I'm going to have the house powerwashed and cleaned. Then I have about half a house left to pack, hire a mover, rent a storage place in Indiana, turn off utilities, etc., and all that crap.

Which reminds me. Anyone got any recommendations for a halfway-cross-the-country mover? I'll already have 90% of it packed. Just need someone to come, pick up the boxes, and drop them off at the storage place.
Be sure to do a good investigation on your mover! I saw a 48 hour's show on movers who are crooks ................ It wasn't pretty!

Other then that :howdy: Congratulations!

Congratz, just curious what are you going to be doing? The market for aerospace engineers in IN has to be fairly low.

I'll be working for a Sikorsky helo subcontractor in Lafayette, IN.
Basically, I'll be doing project management/systems engineering-type activities on various airframe assemblies.
