Your neighbors will love it too. Is your user name or password still “admin”?Pete said:wireless. Gotta love Dell, so simple even I can do it.
I am not sure. I believe I have. I enabled a "secure" connection and I seem to recall WAP being mentioned. I did change the paswoord and I copied the connection info.Danzig said:Your neighbors will love it too. Is your user name or password still “admin”?

I bought the stand alone Norton 2005 and installed on two different pc's with no problems. You just have to register each pc for the auto update. I had the 2002 installed on over 3 pc's with no problems either. I really don't think they check or maybe they don't care as they will get the renewal subcription for both in a year.Pete said:So do I have to buy another copy of Norton or can I intall it on this one as well as the desktop? it is a word and #'s. Thanks for the tipsDanzig said:Be sure to do #5
5. Use SSIDS wisely. Change the default Service Set Identifiers (SSIDs) for your APs, and don't use anything obvious like your address or company name. For corporate setups, buy APs that let you disable broadcast SSID. Intruders can use programs such as Kismet to sniff out SSIDs anyway (by observing 802.11x management frames when users associate with APs), but again, every bit of inconvenience helps.
It is best to just use a Random word or random letters and #s for the SSID.
