Its a her and no you cant have my baby.
I had to run into the pet store yesterday to get my pup some food, they were doing their kitty adoption, they had one that looked just like yours and two that were identical to my little guy. If my husband wasn't waiting for me in the truck I would have walked out with 3 more cats.
I already have 3, he would have gone through the roof.

I keep trying to convince the handler that mollie needs a friend to play with. I have had zero luck and she would kill me if I brought another cat home on my own.

I got one that looked like my other ones and hubby didn't even notice a new cat in the house, then I got what he calls "the red head" and he noticed that one.

Piwackit has just been telling me this morning that she likes me a lot, and that I'd better not have anybody but her. She also asked me if I could spare a bite of my breakfast sandwich. 
So there won't be a clowder here, or a litter....I take that back, the litter box is here, and full of it....
