You haven't seen UGLY until you see Chloe'. Her nose is litterally between her eyes. She is dubbed the Flat-Screen TV, or the Gremlin! I will try to post pictures soon.

This is UGLY and IMHO borders on animal abuse...

Not sure what kind of man-made breed this is ..butit is not as nature intended!
Not only wold it be eaten right off...but every dog in the neighborhood would laugh at it until it died of embarrassment!! ( before freezing to death).

How many health issues do you breed with these cats?
Persians have such a long list of health issues due to controlled breeding.

Just the deformed skull to start with, misaligned teeth, inability to groom the fur your breed into the line, kidney disease..problems with their eyes because of the brachycephalic skull shape. dental problems, again because of the skull shape.

They may be "cute" to you, but must be horrible for a cat to live like that and then to have to endure the pains of being cared for because of these deliberate deformities.

The is NO reason to breed cats for any reason. Sadly your ego is the driving force to be able to brag you have been a breeder for so many years.

I have read that Persian breeders are reverting back to a more normal face to help reduce some of these health problems.

Butterflies I can accept, but not the intentional deforming of cats!

It is a good thing that does not happen to human children!
