I don't think that is it at all...I think the problem is that it's becoming more and more acceptable to be a pos and nobody is made to be accountable for their actions anymore.

People can be self centered asses and then justify it with BS excuses or just don't care.

A piddly example:

This morning I was pulling out of the Sheets, the van in front of me pulled up and stopped. I sat there waiting my turn for a few seconds when I noticed the driver of the van was looking in the rear veiw mirror and not out the left side watching for an opening. I waited for a few more seconds and he never looked and 4 opportunities passed where he could have gone. I looked closer and the knucklhead was BRUSHING HIS TEETH, parked right in the exit. Now what kind of self centered loser would pull up to the exit, get distracted with his immediate need to scrub his molars, and let traffic pile up behind him while he takes his sweet ass time on his dental care?

My intention was not to turn this thread into a "poor Shutterbug....let's see who really likes her thread". :lmao: I was just venting.

Yup...that's exactly what I mean...I fricken hate people for sh!t like that. And if he caused an accident...he'd probably show up in court w/ a fricken note from his psychiatrist that says, "Bob has terrible dragon breath and to help w/ his self esteem he must stop and brush whenever he feels necessary"

Is a "butt check" excusable?

that I am no longer going to be a nice person. It seems that no matter how nice I try to be to people, they crap on me. It happens at work, my friends, and now here. My husband and I have gone out of our way to be nice to everyone from the forums that we have met, and frankly, I don't know why. It seems that this place is just full of back stabbing biatches who just can't handle it when people are genuinely nice.

I haven't been on here for a while, and now I know why. I think I may just retire from the forums. Sorry if that offends any of you who really do like me and aren't just being nice to my face and sh!t on me as soon as I turn around.

There is no reason you have to be nice all the time. You also shouldn't leave. :huggy:
