So I have a question:

Pardons erase all previous crimes, but what about ongoing or future criminal activity? Surely a pardon doesn't give them a lifetime pass?

Hunter's was from 2014 until around the date it was issued if I recall correctly.
If the new FBI were directed to flag those offshore accounts opened by the crime family they could prosecute any tax invasion laws exposed I suspect.

As much as I dislike illegal immigration, I'm pretty sure this is the process of them getting in legally and those people were unfortunate enough to have their appointments land on inauguration day.

January 20th/inauguration day is a Federal Holiday.
