Paso, That is awesome!! I have been exercising extra last few weeks trying to get that scale to move. I even rode the **** bicylce with hubby, put 45, 80, and only 15 miles last week (sick kids) BUT NOTHING! So my hat is off to you, because in our age group it just keeps getting more difficult! Congrats

in the winter I drink one cup a day with a packet of hot chocolate in it..Not cold yet..guess that is a good thing ha?
