It was in the park. When I drove back through there was no sign of any unusual activity. :shrug: I just thought it was weird.

That's a good reason. I didn't see the front wheel, just caught the cop w/bike out of the corner of my eye as I drove by. I was trying to watch the helicopter, the emergency vehicles, and scoping it out to find out what was going on. My eyes were very busy.
