I figured it out. It was the big green button that said "ANSWER?". problem was you have to unlock it first. I was poking away at the button and nothing happened.

Ah...I don't know if I like the drag and drop feature. I like to push buttons.

I don't know about yours, but when my phone is locked I can hit the send button and answer it. We do have different phones, but mine locks within 15 seconds of non use.
That was my first thought...if I don't flip it open, how do I answer it?
