Yes, the raw hamburger in the dish thing. And putting other food on top of it. It seemed wrong. But then - meatloaf starts out as raw hamburger, too!

Tater Tot Casserole

2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (2lb) Frozen tater tots

Pat ground beef in bottom of greased 13x9x2 in. pan. Spread soup over meat and cover with grated cheese. Top with tater tots. Bake at 350° covered 45 minutes and uncovered 15 minutes.

Easy peasy!

I've cut it in half before, but now they scarf it half gone the first night! Thing1 eats the leftovers the next day.

I have been thinking of this all day....

On my list of storm essentials to pick up tomorrow: Arbor Mist Blackberry Merlot & chocolate cake with chocolate icing. I will then be prepared for being snowed in again.
