The girl has it on, but is switching between that and something on GAC. Quality time...

Ok, so I've heard of honey boo boo, but I hadn't heard any details about this kid. I thought she might be like Jon Benet but on a lower class budget. I read the last page or so of this thread and notice its on as I'm flipping through the channels. I happen to land on a episode called Ah Choo. I see the portrait scene, and then I see the girl blow snot out of her nose while sitting in a chair. My boy is howling and I'm gagging. I keep turning it off and putting it back on, and they are still showing the snot nose scene.

I can't decide whether or not it has a train wreck effect on me. I haven't put it back on, and I certainly don't want watch the mom clean her sweat rolls. I also don't want to find out what a biscuit is :shocking:

It's going to be my mission to see to it that none of my friends watch this show anymore. I hate that they are helping the ratings.

You all should talk nice about honey boo-boo, I think she has down syndrome. :coffee:

Sorry- I have to call you on this. If a person has Down Syndrome, OR as a matter of fact, any other developmental or intellectual disorder, it doesn't mean they are the equivalent of low/no class trash with little or no morals.

She kind of looks like she has Down's Syndrome, but I don't think she does. Maybe Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, because some of them look like Downs. I'm not a Doctor, so my opinion doesn't count. She is a discusting little thing, and so are her Parents.

The child does not have Down's Syndrome - and if she did, I would bet the special needs advocates and/or attorneys would be all over the parents for exploitation of a disabled person.

Although, I guess there is no law against being white trash & exploiting your children.

I have never watched the show, I saw a commercial with her and it looked like a down syndrome kid.

They're all a little slow but in her case, I think it's more that she's hyped up on "go-go juice", which is a mixture of Mt. Dew and Red Bull that pageant parents feed their offspring to keep them perked up for the pageants. Some of the parents feed their kids loads of Pixie Stix on top of the juice, which is neglect at the bare minimum and abuse at the most, IMO.

And if the kid drops dead from caffeine overload, I can see all the lawyers now clambering to sue the makers of Mountain Dew and Redbull.

How about "Tinker Tea": a mixture of Mountain Dew, sweet-tea and pixie stixs?

It must be really important to keep those kids hopped up on sugar for the beauty pageants on "Toddlers & Tiaras." Fans have already been introduced to Go-Go Juice, but Tori has a different concoction for her 2-year-old daughter, Alexa. She calls it Tinker Tea.

“Tinker Tea is soda, sweet-tea and pixie sticks all together," Tori explained. "It normally turns out a dark green color." Her soda of choice for Tinker Tea is Mountain Dew.

And then, she tries to explain it as if it's a juice equivalent. "She does drink Tinker Tea every day, but what child doesn’t drink juice?" Tori said. "She hardly ever drinks juice, and that’s 98 percent sugar anyways.”

Alexa also starts out every morning with a cup of coffee, which Tori says she's been doing since Alexa was nine months old.
