I have good luck with Dr O'Roarke in Solomons.
He's very gentle - she's been seeing him from 3yrs on.

I love my dentist..Dr. T at Prince Frederick Dental Center.

I'm a big kid that is very fearful of dentists. The whole office is very compassionate and caring.

Dr.Cooper at Tidewater in Lexington Park... They have tvs about your chair and head phones so your child can watch cartoons and take their mind off things.

Dr. Juambeltz in Leonardtown, he is a pediatric dentist. He's awesome with the kids, not to mention he's not too hard on the eyes either! :lmao:

I am so very blessed
When should I start taking Bubba to the dentist? He is 18 months old with a mouf full of gorgeous little teefs. I want to make sure they stay that way, and stay very strong and sound.

But I know if I stick my fingers in his mouf, he'll bite me, and bite HARD.

I can't assume that if I were to take him to a dentist that he'll not do the very same thing to the poor doctor. Ouch.

Any recommendations?

Dr. Gainer on Great Mills Road.

The lady at Dr Gainer's office (her name has slipped my mind) was SUPER patient and nice with my now 7 year old. She has seen her for two years and loves her. My daughter is a drama queen and it takes a TON of patience to deal with her, so I give that woman a big :yay:

I'm not sure as I haven't had any little ones for a while, call Dr. Juambeltz office 301-994-1800. Since they specialize in children they would know all the answers you need! :huggy:

I always thought it was around the first birthday  If nothing else, it will get them used to the idea of the dentist. :yay:

Dr. Heifner in Waldorf :coffee:
My children saw Dr. Heffner in Waldorf, however, he is now semi-retired and not in the office much anymore. Also, Dr. Hamilton, who used to work with him has left for another practice. I don't know any new ones up there.

I moved my kids to Dr. Juambeltz in Ltown and they had their first appt. this past Tuesday. He was wonderful and the kids really liked him. My 6 year old loved that he let her put on headphones and watch a movie while he looked at her teeth.

My daughter goes to Pediatric Dentistry of Southern Maryland in Charlotte Hall. They are great and they also have TVs. My Daughter loves to go to the dentist. I hated it when I was a kid. They say to start them when they are around 2 yrs old.

I vote for him, he's a great dentist, love the office! We also go to that same office for orthodontics, we see Dr. Hao, recently replaced Dr. B (Dr. Doumit is also in there).
