I need a shed! Got Skills?

Looking to hire someone to build a shed on my property. Want a 12X16 with side loading doors.
I have priced these at most of the local builders and suppliers in the county and will end up buying one of them unless someone out there with good skills, who may need the money, is willing to build it for me.

I went last week to:

26100 MECHANICSVILLE Rd.

The way he does the hip roof was different and a 10x16 [WITHOUT TAX] but including shipping and setting up within 35miles was $2592.

I heard he is in the bankruptcy process so who knows if you will actually get your shed.

Thanks, but more than what I'm looking for. Don't want/need a garage on a slab, just need a shed on skids.

I went to Alan's to look at a used shed that I found on here. Alan was not there, but the dude that helped me, well, nevermind. I'm not going back. Appreciate the input.
