No chance you're gonna tell us who the builder is? It might be useful to other people who are looking to use them.

When it comes to finding a lawyer, the more evil the better. :yay:

I have seen Dugan in court and know a few people who have had him for various reasons. Least to say, I'm not impressed by that one.:ohwell:

If the builder does not drop the threat, you can send me a private message. I'll pass it onto my husband and he should be able to help you, or at least give you advice, if he knows the details. My husband recently became a lawyer but does not work for a law firm.
We've been going through a similar situation on our new home the past couple months. We had our house built about 3 years ago and recently had a problem with the roof leaking. We got the builder to fix the roof and the damage it caused, all on their dime.
