I love Mopar's too........they are just special. They had to deal with the Big money from GM and Ford.........and they built some legendary cars and engines....:yay:

Too bad for this first year they are all automatics.

Exactly. PF Dodge has a silver Challenger on their lot, looks pretty nice IMO.

Not sure about the price though....

New-Inventory Ralphs Dodge Jeep Chrysler Prince Frederick MD
That's one HELL OF A LOT of dealer markup.

Fitzgerald Auto Mall has one in stock. $56,616.

Base price is what, $38K?

10K production limit for this year is what I heard on TV lastnight (during the Barrett Jackson auction highlight show, auctioning off the 1st production model).

Just wait, the price will go down, it did on the Charger. Now they are a dime a dozen. Makes me sick that I paid what I paid and then they dropped the prices. :banghead:

Correct, thats about base price. Before Gas Guzzler Tax, of course. Fullly loaded, sticker should come out to the 45K area, with Nav and all the goodies. Since they are all SRTs, theres no powertrain options, and few others anyway. All Seaon tires, stereo, maybe sunroof, of, and theres two wheel options, I think.

As for production limit, as I recall, there were 6400 total 2008 Challengers made, numbered, all SRT-8s, all autos. Of course, 2009s wil be here real soon, as production is either switching now, or will soon.

Glad I waited a year on buying my Charger SRT, got it for EPP. :yahoo:
