I also can understand her frustration with St. Mary's County. There is nothing for people under 21 to do. So why don't her and her friends do something about it? Petition the county commissioners, go to businesses and see if they would help to financially support another teen center or some other endeavor...You have no right to complain if you are doing nothing to change it.
