The new shoe store in San Souci sells Chinese Laundry. I haven't bought them before but I'm considering giving them a try.

Is that store worth going into? I've seen it, but wasn't sure what it was like in there.

Mine are very dark brown, the heel is around 3 inches, and they're a very stiff leather, with a very stiff sole. So the tops and bottoms of my feet were in agony. After I put the gel inserts in they were much more comfortable.

BG, in answer to your question...yes, expensive shoes are more comfortable, but they don't have to be the most expensive. I lovelovelove nine west.

I've paid $3.99 up to $600 on shoes and the most expensive ones are the most comfy. No kidding. They're heels and they're more comfortable than sneakers.

I wear them with work clothes. Dress slacks, a more casual dress and skirt suits. They're not formal shoes but dress shoes for sure. I wouldn't wear them with an evening gown but they go very well with some dresses and suits.
