I'd rather talk....

...about food than someones cold sores... :ohwell:

Made a quiche for dinner. Not one of my better ones. Discovered I didn't have any swiss until I had already gotten well into the prep, didn't feel like going out to get some. Made it with PepperJack instead. It was ok, but I won't do that again. Also didn't have a deep disk crust, just a normal one. Not deep enough.

Diced onion, some spinach, bacon, cheese.

I made sauteed beef strips with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms served over rice. Kids were starved and I wasn't ready to eat so I told them to help themselves just leave me some for later. They left me two spoons of rice, a single beef strip, 3 pieces of onion, and a single piece of pepper.....I may need cereal later.

Ribs and beans tonight with a veggie tray

Paula deen's  hashbrown quiche is good. If you like spicy food, then it is great with the bagged southern hashbrowns.

Shoppers has boneless chicken breasts for $1.98 a pound so I grilled some up and tried McCormick Montreal chicken on some and their Garlic and Herb seasoning the rest, Both were tasty

Zesty Italian with the Mccormicks adds a nice kick to a Montreal marinade. Great now I want it at 6:30 a.m. Sidebar. I'm cooking a turkey today. Anyone got any interesting rubs?

I made bacon cheeseburgers and fries for dinner. Kitchen has been cleaned and I'm ready for my shower and to relax in bed and watch some TV.
