My facebook friends are failing me I think. They say walnut and I disagree. The hull is not really rough or sticky, they're small, and the shell is smooth. What do I have?

Mocker hickory nut trees-I have a yard and woods full of them. My vehicles have small dents/pings on the roof and hood from the lil suckers falling. Squirrels love em, I don't have much use for them.
