If you lost an item, what would you do to find it?

No luck huh??? I lost a blue tooth headset and found it today - it was down between the passenger seat of my truck and console... I barely drive the truck and for the life of me cannot figure out how it got in there.
I lost a class ring one time - I was pulling the seat in my Chevelle and it was down between the carpet and floorboard... things end up in REALLY strange places.

I lost my mothers wedding set a few years ago at work. During that time we had contractors renovating our Office building. I have looked and still do between the areas I still walk where I know I lost it. It was during the winter months, my hands were cold and of course just enough for it to slip right off. Now I wear gloves most of the time.
I'm sure that someone found it and doubt that I will get it back.. But on the chance that someone reading this may have received it or seen it here is the description....
Size 7 white gold engagement ring with one center diamond and three small diamond chips on each side. The small chips look larger because the square sections surrounding them make them look larger. This had a matching wedding band as well.
Call it wishful thinking....
