I'd buy off the local politicians and find land that would accommodate at least a 1000 yard firing range, in very close proximity to a liberal enclave. This range would also have a gun store and a country club on the premises as well. A pick and choose membership required, of course.
You know old man Facchina as well? He has an awesome spread on the Potomac, just a couple of acres. Haha.
I have been to Sr's house a few times, doing some irrigation work and to show him a few of the Cooper rifles I had ordered and picked up.
He deals with Atlantic Guns that then were in Silver Spring and Rockville, I grew up with the Schneider boys. One hooked us up so Paul could see what kind of rifles Cooper of Montana built at that time, they had brought an engraver on board. I have a engraved mod 38 with unbelievable wood that I ordered for my son. With meeting Paul at his office he invited me to his home.
I was lucky man and was given a full tour of his inner sanctum. Paul Sr is a good man.
