In need of some pallets

Looking to see if anyone knows where I can get or if anyone may have some pallets. Free or very cheap would be nice, wood only, but I do not care too much about condition, color or anything else, planning on using them to build a chicken coop, so as long as they are not broken then I will most likely take them. Not sure how many I need, but I can figure that out soon most likely.

About a year ago, I got a few from the Calvert County landfill. They had a zillion of them.

Thanks, I live in St. Mary's so I can try there first, but Calvert is not too far either.

Check with your local hardware store. I believe that they give them away at the Charlotte Hall True Value.

Um, the Pump and Well place next to Hole In The Wall (Winslow's maybe), puts them out by the road occasionally for whomever to stop and grab, if not, you could go to Patuxent Pump and Well and ask them if you could have a few...

Those types of places have an butt ton of pallets....

Thanks again to all, I will check around at lunch, and maybe after work since I have a lot of choices now it seems.

Check behind Lowe's.

I asked at Lowes and the lady behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy. I thought that I heard that you could get certain ones there, like they had separate piles, but she was unaware of such things.

There and check with Raleys furniture. I remember them giving them away a year or so back.

Thinking about getting some chickens-care to share your blueprint plans for your coop?

84 Lumber on Great Mills Road. They usually leave all their extras laying outside the front gate free to take.

Here is the basic outline that I am looking at, we are probably going to vary this a little since we need to be able to split it in half when breeding, brooding and so on.
